Savasana Saturdays yoga series
Join this six-week online yoga class series with dom chatterjee, the founder of Rest for Resistance, taking place from January 7 to February 11. Classes will be held on Zoom from 4:30 to 6 pm EST / 1:30 to 3 pm PST.
Each 90-minute practice session will have a co-teacher:

- February 11: Farah Nousheen
Savasana Saturdays is inspired by dom's challenges with savasana, including mental unrest as well as chronic pain manifesting as inability to lay flat on the ground for several months of 2021-2022. Together we'll move through the myth that savasana is easy and doesn't require as much skill as pigeon, headstand, and crow pose.
